Sweaty Shelly Group Strength Training

Fast paced total body strength training workout set to timed intervals. This bootcamp is designed to make you sweat, burn off calories, and get your heart rate up. Every class is a different mix of cardio and weights, using compound movements and supersets to maximize muscle gain and weight loss.
